Below are products that can enhance your benefit auction by providing bid numbers and guest receipts for a smooth check-out process.  We offer the auction supplies that have been tested and tried at hundreds of events and we stand behind them.  Orders are usually shipped within 3-4 days of receiving your order, if you need them sooner, please let us know at the time you place your order.  The prices below do not include the shipping charge, shipping is based on weight so it is difficult to give shipping estimates; we use Kinko's / FedEx for our shipping.

These numbers are printed on (8 1/2" x 5 1/2") card stock and can have either a white background or a fluorescent color (Ultra Orange, Ultra Fuchsia, Bright Blue or Ultra Lime).  This size is good for a smaller room.

This is a TWO part GUEST PURCHASE RECEIPT form (4" x 11") which are perfect for recording both silent and live auction bids.  They use carbonless paper so in cleaner to use.  They feature 10 lines for Silent purchases and 4 lines for Live Auction purchases.
